Body, Mind, Future 9-week coaching programme combines well-being, personal development and creativity. The sessions are interactive, informative and relaxing. The programme has three core aspects. The Body, The Mind and The Future. Participants will take a light hearted look at how they take care of themselves and explore ways in which to improve both their physical health and emotional well-being. They will also assess their current life status and personal satisfaction and begin to define and design the future they desire. Each week is different and builds on the last, the creative element is fundamental to the programme as research shows the positive impact of being creative on emotional well-being. Participants will make a different product each week, which is theirs to keep at the end of the session. On completion of the programme each participant receives a certificate of attendance and their programme workbook.

These sessions are ideal for groups of adults or young people. The sessions are held at a venue of your choosing , on the same day each week for 2 hours. We supply all resources and a programme workbook for each participant.
